If you spot any issues relating to shipping or transit, please notify us within 14 days. After this window, we’ll still do our best to help, but it may not be possible to resolve issues with DHL after that timeframe.

Pith & Stem cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses, damages, or delivery issues once DHL follows the altered delivery instructions. No refunds or replacements will be offered under these circumstances.

Tax payment process: When your DropTop is ready, it will be collected by DHL and when it reaches your country’s “Customs Office”, DHL will contact you for payment of the relevant tax bill. We have no control over these rates and these costs are not taken by Pith & Stem.
The postage costs for your order will be automatically calculated by DHL based on your delivery address. The total price including postage costs will be displayed as the last step of the checkout before you are prompted to enter your payment details.
Time of delivery is the manufacturing lead time displayed on your chosen item’s product page, plus shipping time, which is usually 1–2 days for the UK and 3–5 days for the rest of the world.
