We ship dozens of Droptop Desks every week to happy customers outside the UK and the figures on the above table are accurate to the best of our knowledge. As we don’t have the authority to guarantee these figures, they are to be used as guidance only.
Tax payment process: When your DropTop is ready, it will be collected by DHL and when it reaches your country’s “Customs Office”, DHL will contact you for payment of the relevant tax bill. We have no control over these rates and these costs are not taken by Pith & Stem.
The postage costs for your order will be automatically calculated by DHL based on your delivery address. The total price including postage costs will be displayed as the last step of the checkout before you are prompted to enter your payment details.
Time of delivery is the manufacturing lead time displayed on your chosen item’s product page, plus shipping time, which is usually 1–2 days for the UK and 3–5 days for the rest of the world.

We kindly request that you open and inspect your DropTop™ immediately upon delivery. If you spot any transit-related damages, please notify us within 14 days and include as much photographic evidence as possible to help prove that the damages were caused in transit. After this 14-day window, we’ll still do our best to help, but it may not be possible to resolve issues with DHL.
We ship all orders via DHL with a signature required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you choose to change your DHL delivery instructions (e.g. authorise delivery without a signature, leave it in a safe place, neighbour delivery, etc.), this is at your own risk. Pith & Stem cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses, damages, or delivery issues once DHL follows the altered delivery instructions. No refunds or replacements will be offered under these circumstances.
